Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be processed no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service amount. Appointments cancelled before 24 hours of your appointment will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds will incur a processing fee.
